Childbirth Classes
Feel better prepared and ease some of your concerns. In our fun, interactive classes you and your partner can learn:
- How to have a healthy pregnancy
- How the labor and birth process works
- How to cope with challenges of labor
- What your pain relief options are
- How to successfully bond & breastfeed
Comfort Techniques for Labor
In this 3 hour class participants will have the opportunity to practice comfort techniques that can be used for labor. This class is for:
- Women who have already had a child
- Who have taken a childbirth class
- Would like more comfort measures
- Dads or anyone else who will be supporting you during your birth

Breastfeeding Education
Breastfeeding is natural, but also can be a learned art that takes time and patience. This 2 hour class includes discussion of:
- The health benefits of breastfeeding
- How to read baby’s cues
- How to initiate breastfeeding
- Correct positioning and latch
- Tips for problem solving
